no not at all, wouldn't touch it with a 12ft barge pole.

Its an office PC so the specs makes sense; a strong CPU with a weak GPU.
Its not supposed to be for gaming. So the GPU [GT 620] will struggle on the most basic of games.
I suggest doing one of these -
Build your own and get the best performance - price
Find a "gaming" PC that is semi-decent.
