It`s quite nice, I don`t really like the "Up and coming" little thing on it though.

Looks good, you could blend the character a little more.

The up and coming isn't necessary, but a nice addition

I don't like the font of BO3 but that's just me. I'd say try other fonts, remove "Up and Coming". make the bo3 text centered between the right edge and the III
