no it was only internal and since the outside community got it, the decided to close it and shut it down forever

Yeah the one that was like 2 weeks was meant for internal purposes only..Since they ended it there will not be another one. Beta's are meant for people to let the company know what they need to fix before they send the discs out..Since they have already been sent out you are probably looking to see if there is a demo..And since Treyarch is smart and not allowing anyone test how to hack their game..they won't release a demo either..plus 15 days left..It would be worthless
