So ive been gnm for about a week now and ive won atleast 10 games and tied around 2. So I'm grinding to get mg1 and im top fragging EVERY game and getting 4+ MVPs and i wont rank up idk what to do i try queing with mges and dmgs but i still wont rank up please give me some tips or video links or maybe queue with me to help? I highly doubt you have gone on a ten win streak without ranking up. Ties don't necessarily mean they will help you rank up either.If you are playing with people lower ranked than you it's going to take longer. If not it should only take a couple games. Depending on how well you play I would say it takes 3-4 games to rank up.

It's really not that hard. I went on a 17 win streak at LE and still didn't rank up to LEM.

OP: Just keep playing. There isn't anything you can do besides continually winning games, getting a high number of points.

My first rank in CS:GO was Nova 4 and I was there for around 60 wins, now 5 months later I am LEM, just keep grinding and eventually you will get out of there. Just enjoy it while you play though!
