This is pretty new to me and i have no idea how people can do this... But I do have some serious weapons and a very nice shield I can drop for people if they need it... This shield will help with the mad moxxi large challenges due to the fact that it doesnt disappear when its "removed" in the challenge... I'm not asking for any money or rep... just wondering about these "droppable" skill points!!

you have to hex edit skill points to make them dropable
