My buddy got a goat/ram type tattoo and whenever he shows it, he's yelled at for being a Satan worshipper.

Yeah I know highlights look nice but there's not much of a point in putting effort into adding them in this.
I would just take this to a tattoo artist and have him remake it, and go from there.
So that'd be on the expert lol.
