purchased two £50 uk gift cards
however both were already used, been confirmed by xbox live chat
yet G2A are now not doing anything and saying i atleast have to wait over 72 hours
absolute pathetic!

Tad different but EA said i would hear from them in 72 hours and that was over 2 months ago have i heard anything? NO

after this experience i will be staying away from G2A

That's pretty shitty. Sorry you had a bad experience, I'm always skeptical about buying those sort of things online.
HOPEFULLY they get it all sorted out.

This is my first post in who knows how long, but it's needed.

G2A is merely a middle man that helps you find sellers.

If you purchased the extra 1.50 or whatever g2a insurance you'll have nothing to worry about. If not then you got scammed by the seller, not g2a.

My recommendations to help you have a better experience with g2a is buy from sellers on there that have over 4 stars and more than 2000 sales. This has worked for me every time and I've spent well over 500$ on g2a. To select your seller you just scroll down on the games page and it will show you the sellers, the ones with more stars and higher sales might be a whopping .50 more, but it's worth it for the piece of mind you gain.

Again, g2a being a middle man for sales, it makes for good practice to just throw the extra for the g2a shield so that you don't get scammed because eventually there's going to be a bug, scam, or something that will make that insurance come in handy.

That's my .02 on that and good luck getting your money back.

To be honest i don't believe you on this, ive never had any troubles with G2A and as said above G2A are just middle men, and if you bought G2A Shield for the extra £1 or whatever then you would of got your money back by now

I've bought from G2A plenty of times and I am so confident that I will not be screwed over by them that I have stopped buying the buyer's protection. Sorry about your bad luck, I'd just keep trying to contact them until your issue is resolved. From my experience with G2A, I can say they are an ok site to use for buying codes.
