There is no way to make your download speed faster with programs... The only way you can upgrade your internet is though your ISP. Your Upload speed and download speed is all connected within your ISP, so if you would like to upgrade contact them!

IPv6 I think he means the Mbps stuff, and that cannot be speeded up manually. In order for his speeds to be faster he needs to upgrade his internet!

Yes, he will not get anything higher than 4mbps but if some of those ports are blocked, then you will see a slower speed like 1 Mbps, so to do that you must put forward to open those ports up but it also depends on if his Xbox is hard wired or wireless. I'm not saying he will see 50 Mbps to do that he will need to upgrade his internet plan.

Tip: Works for me and friends..

Dont put disk in.
Open blueray player.
Put disk in.
For FIFA 16 took 15-30 minutes.

try turning everything off that is using internet except for your Xbox of course.

My xbox was the only devices connected to the internet the last 3 hr so i dont think thats the problem right now

Then i would say either try to port forward like i said previously or upgrade your internet plane completely that's or even try to use the fastest and closest dns to you with all i can do for you really.
here is the dns look up tool it will find the fastest dns server closest to you [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
to be honest the dns will not speed you up that much but it's worth a try.
