I am relatively new to PC gaming having only played games such as cod4 and waw years ago before playing entirely on xbox but i am interested by a few games that are pc exclusive such as h1z1. The only issue I have is knowing if I could run the game smoothly on my laptop.

On steam it states that a minimum of Intel i3 Dual-Core with Hyper-Threading is required and it is recommended that you have an Intel i5 Quad Core or higher / AMD Phenom II X6 or higher whilst I have an Intel Core i5-4200u processor.

It also states that an nVidia GeForce GTX 275 series or higher graphics cards is the recommended and also the minimum whilst I have an Intel HD Graphics Family.

I dont know how these things compare and I couldnt find anything online so if anyone could help me it would be much appreciated.

Processor is okay, could be better but should be fine.

On the other hand, any graphics card that has such word as "family" in it, is a no go. You'd probably need to upgrade that.

You are running an iGPU that is inside your CPU, they aren't really powerful enough to run any kind of semi demanding games. As you are on a laptop you wouldn't be able to upgrade it either.
