I'd say eBay. If someone trys to foolishly make a dispute, they'll loose because it's a virtual item.

id state on ebay Paperclip with the squad send clip first class with signature recording and post in description aswell so they cant scam,do it most of the time and had no problem

you dont need to get it signed for unless you want to,getting proof of postage from the post office counts as well,this is free,but if you want to spend extra get it sent by recorded delivery,only about 3 pound

ultimatecoinexchange is a legit website. They pay £8 per 100k for XBOX ONE or £7 for PS4.
