i just checked their FAQ (Frequently asked question) page on their website and it says on the pre-order section they dispatch 1-2 days before release date. To which when I ordered the game it said 3-4 days prior to release date. So I do believe they have stopped sending them early due to this.

But they still sent me that email saying 3-4 days but on their website its different but Im pritty sure when I pre-order last week it said on that page 3-4 days prior to release. Im just waiting on an email back from them

They have to have that on the main page due to the legalities of sending games out early I believe.

Yes true, Im going to give it till tomorrow to dispatch/take money out, if not ill just cancel it as then ill end up on getting it on release day and my postman is a slow bitch so ill probs get late afternoon so ill probably just pre-order of the store lol

I agree with the post above bout putting 1-2 days as trey arch won't want people getting the game early. I believe they will dispatch tomorrow. I've got a game early from them before

Also had some people say they rang customer service up and receiving information they dont get the game until Wednesday or thursday and will ship it when they get the game.

Can anyone else confirm this is true by ringing them?

I just rang up SimplyGames, and ShopTo. They just said that they are dispatching them when they receive them which will be Wednesday/Thursday :/ :/

Damn that sucks, looks like ill be cancelling and going through the PS Store, cheers for finding out
