So i recently built a gaming PC and I was wondering if my temps are safe.
Gyazo with just using the internet etc: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Then when like im gaming, my CPU gets to around 65C-75C. (other stuff is fine temp wise when gaming)
Are them safe temps?
If not im guessing I need a CPU cooler, if so can anyone link me one? I don't want one that is like $30 or more. I just want one that will get the job done.
Also my case just came with 1 pre-fan, so should I get at least one more?

Depends what license you have.
OEM? MAK? KMS? etc..
You will more than likely have OEM, the license gets wiped when a motherboard is replaced with a different model but if its just an RMA the license will carry over to the motherboard and there should be no need to re activate or re install it.
As for the components that are connected to the OS that would be the storage device your OS is installed on and the Motherboard(which i have just explained)

The CM 212 EVO is a decent cheap cooler for the price. I don't know if you'll find one that is cheaper that'll be worth it.
