I think it will depend on your local retailers. I know both of the last 2 CoDs I bought that had preoder bonuses still came with them even though I didn't preorder. I picked them up days after release as well.

All of the first batch of copies will have nuke town

if you go on midnight release I'm sure there will be a code inside the game case where you can download nuke town.

Nuketown 2025 was never part of any pre order special. You just buy the game and as soon as you boot it up, you're forced to download nuketown.

Seems like the americans are confusing us people from the uk. To my knowledge the nuketown map will only come with copies pre ordered from game.

I had a pre order with shopto.net and asked them if it would come and they said no, its exclusive to another retailer.
