when i pre ordered BO2 and my friend never we both got the DLC in the box. I am sure they all have it in there in the first batch the sellers send to the shops i think it's when the shop runs out and gets more copies that's when it doesn't come with the map.

guys in the uk! i was going to go to a midnight release but i just bought the deluxe edition off the xbox store and that comes with the season pass, nuke town, special weapon pack and the giant zombie map. it costed £80 which i thought was quite reasonable and with the xbox one if you pre order the game early. it downloads it so you can play it exactly at midnight when the games released. i thought this was the best option as you can play it right away and the price was reasonable.
