Probably bought it off someone or bribed a store to sell it to them early. Something along those lines would be my guess.

Although I don't play Xbox, I'm gonna say no. I'd assume they have a disk.

You can buy it off the marketplace but its only a preorder. Your able to download it but not play it until release day.

Employees often are allowed to take the game before release, its pretty cool actually. You can also bribe some of them but that can lead to them being fired. Just be patient its a game
