Hello,


So I have been having issues on my Xbox One when trying to install "YouTube" and "Black Ops 3 - The Giant Bonus Zombies Map". I am only getting this issue on these pieces of content. The issue I am having is that, when I try and install them, they say "Installing..." for about 5 seconds, before saying "Queued". I haven't had any issues installing DLC for the same game, nor have I had any issue installing Twitch, Netflix, Pandora, or any other app in relation to YouTube.

I hope someone can help me.

Try cancelling the download and go back into the store
To the same item to reinstall it. Xbox Content Servers were
More than likely just experiencing problems when you initially
Purchased / downloaded the content.
