To be honest mate all these topics yet you just can't admit that there is a chance that you are going to get banned.
I have seen you comment everywhere about getting a ban because of this you just got to come to terms with the fact that you breached the ToS and broke the rules. You can down vote me as much as you want. But it's true.
I was scared that i was going to get the ban then i got it and i have dealt with it and accepted the fact that i deserved it as i broke the rules.

I Think you may just be really unlucky. I Doubt Xbox and PS4 will ban '10,000's' Of consoles because at the end of the day were their profit. I Think they will bring new TOS for Xbox and EA and will most likely figure out a way that when someone uses these accounts you will be caught within a few days. If im being honest i dont buy anymore of these accounts as i dont want to risk my console and in the other light it is also very wrong. I have spoken to Xbox advisers over the Phone and on Web chat and they tell you there 'MAY' be a risk with your console as it is Stolen Cards but technically you have not breached any TOS as you have not made the Fraudulent payment (This is what i was told). They also advise everyone thats done this to remove the account of your console. Hope this helped in a way.

EDIT: TOS May differ for PS4 i have not spoken to any adviser on there. Also i have not heard of anyone getting Console banned for these accounts on Xbox One/360.

I agree he didn't stop downvoting me the other day for posting that there's a chance of getting banned i think he just buys alot so he dosent want to admit theres a chance.

No this is true, because i got a console ban (temporary) because i had logged in on an account and the person reported it to SONY because he had his CC linked onto it.They consoled banned it.

You got a ban for points accounts as well? How many did you buy and what console?

Has anyone here bought one of these accounts on xbox one? After reading this i am really frightened to receive a console ban on xbox one.
