I used to buy loads a few years ago.

Sometimes they had credit cards on and i would use them... Few months later i was console banned.

I bought one of those visa gift cards and got 5 accounts, haven't been banned yet... and that was about 3 weeks ago

I honestly maxed out a couple, but I was young and naive back then.
