My mate has the disc and he is still downloading and doing about 3% in 30mins
How can he speed it up???

You could try to stop the download and download back maybe that works idk

Servers are most likely loaded up with traffic, therefore slowing everything down. Even if you have absolutely awesome internet this still happens.

Don't think if he has a disc it has nothing to do with the servers I mean it is about 46gbs something around that range. ;p
