There's a pretty easy tutorial on YouTube contains the files you need, plus the Title Update might've patched them for online play...not 100% sure so you might have to delete the update to even play if I'm correct and that will cause issues when connecting to live and launching the game anew! Requiring to download the TU again...so offline play with these may be all there is...Good luck and don't take my word on this, haven't modded MW2 spec ops in years lol

Man its been YEARS since I modded offline like spec ops. It was fun but its crazy how i learned how to mod it inside and out and its been so long that I don't even think I remember how. There are tutorials on youtube but I'd look for ones around 2012-2013 when that spec ops modding became famous again.
