So i was planning on building my sister a PC for a Christmas present and just thought i would come on here and try to get the most help i could for it. Anyways i have a 500 dollar budget for the build. This is including Windows 7. Also i am giving her my EVGA 500 Watt 80 Plus Bronze PSU , a R9 280nonx and Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler that i have sitting around so you can keep that out of the build. Forgot to mention this is a gaming build and she is a heavy GTA 5 user.

What exact 280 does she have? It may be worth Crossfiring another one.

You will cant another PSU, add an SSD ASAP.

You don't need a new PSU, but your current one isn't great.

You could drop the PSU, use your current one and get an HDD instead of the new PSU. That'd allow you to get a 600W+ PSU in the future for this rig, for XFire support since the mobo supports XFire.
