So I bought a Acer Aspire V5-571 laptop second hand. Everything works fine other than the keyboard/mouse.
Certain keys take a lot more pressure than others to get them to work which means it takes a lot longer to type things out.
The mouse scrolling is also quite slow compared to my brothers who has a laptop with similar specs.
Just wanted to see what my options were with this, I can buy a new keyboard if that's my only option. I have a wireless keyboard and mouse which I can use for now but long term I would prefer to have this working.
Thanks in advance!

Sometimes those problems can be down to liquid damage.
If you swap out the keyboard that should fix it if it is just liquid damage on the keyboard.
