Why isn't MW2 on the list of games when backwards compatibility is released?? It doesn't make sense

As sad as it sounds only various games get signed to have his opportunity as it is for the publisher to decide and most people and businesses see more money in remasters. Later on in the future however we could see it, I mean call of duty black ops 1 will be added soon so we may get the older cods.
