It should be fairly safe, I was reading QuickMythril thread on 360 Iso and he was saying it will be verified today.
Some people will say it's fine and they have played unverified rips without issue in the past and some will say don't do it.

My friend did it without stealth on forza horizon 2 and never got banned. So i think since its and old console and most of MS focus is on xbox one, chances of getting banned is like 5%.... But i will wait about a half day more, and if its not on abgx i will propaly just burn it ;)

ive seen it now, but i still cant make a desision to just burn it or wait :/

You could burn it and play offline. Turn live blocker on an okay the campaign. I wouldn't go online with it tho.

It got verified today but the DMI in Iso needed to be fixed.
