Just built pc everything is hooked up right I think, when I turn the pc on I get "Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key", what do I do now?

Burn it to the flash drive using rufus. Unfortunately I can't link you as I don't know where it is but just google "Rufus flash drive creator". Once you've got it burned, just go into your bios with the flashdrive plugged it, go to boot devices or something similarly named and then click it. It should load the flashdrive. After that, just go through the setup, install windows, and then get all your necessary drivers.

Enable USB booting in the BIOS and then select the USB as first boot drive instead of your hard drive
