Wow, you should not be looking for a "team" when you got put in Silver. No offence but you have to be REALLY bad to be put in silver (or smurfing/trying to get to silver). And even still when I tried to get to silver by deranking a smurf account, I actually ranked up somehow. So I advise you get better, get at least MG2 (It's easy as hell trust me) and then see who's looking to queue.
