Hey, I want to log in to the web app, but can't access it due to the two factor log in.
I don't have the phone number that's entered on the web app since I've changed phones, and there's no other options. Brilliant EA.. Brilliant.
Anyone have a solution to this? If so 100 rep+ for you.

contact EA live chat and get them to change the number on the account

Security>Switch to Authenticator
Enter Answer to security question
Use your current phone from there.

ha i had the same problem, if you have another ea account sign onto ea support chat and tell them about it, they sent a reset to alternate email instead of old number
