Church teaches you about religion. It helps you UNDERSTAND why you would want to follow the ways of a religion.

Kids have no idea what they are saying when it comes to gay rights, feminism, etc.

Thought this topic was about kids being allowed to think for themselves and not be forced into things, but clearly not.

I'm not religious, I'm an Atheist. It's not like I support religion personally.

But kids also can't make the decision until they know about it. They may decide religion is for them after time in church. But at a young age, they can't understand if they should support gay people, or support feminism, or hate gay people.

This topic is for kids being allowed to think for themselves. Because kids can be taught religion. As a kid you aren't ready to decide if you want to hate gay people, because you aren't ready to be taught about it. But as a kid you can have your own thoughts about religion, because you are ready to be taught about it.

Churches don't give the impression that they could possibly be wrong though. They teach the children there that they are correct, there is no doubt put into the child's mind by the Church itself, that has to come from elsewhere.

Religious Education is now mandatory in schools in the UK so that children do get a wide view of all the different religions. That is where they should be making their decision on what religion they would like to follow, if any. Not from birth by going to a Church which will not openly say to the child, 'We might be wrong.'

It seems like a lot of you are disgusted at the idea of free bleeding, some of you have implied that it degrades the female gender, etc.
Most of the free bleeding controversy which has erupted recently is because, in the UK, tampons are being taxed as 'luxury items' rather than being tax-free 'necessities.'
These tax-free necessities include men's razors and ostrich meat.
It's not hard to see why women are angry about this. It's not just some crazy part of the feminist movement.

Demonizing them for protesting in this way is childish.
Periods happen, if any of you hope to get girlfriends you need to accept that fact.

Yes, but in America that's not the case. Here in the US, the reason women use for free bleeding over here is that tampons and pads rape and oppress them. But in the UK I suppose its a different story.
