Ever since playing CS, my FPS has fluctuated between 120+ to 5-25, especially when looking around (frames skip). Any solutions on how to solve this?
Specs:
intel i5-4430
Sapphire Radeon R9 270X 2GB GDDR5
I am using a dual monitor setup, one is a ASUS w/ DVI, the other is a Dell w/ a VGA.
Here's my graphical settings:

Turn off multisampling and go into your console and type this: fps_max 0
this will stop CS:GO from capping your fps and might go up.
