so i have been researching for a very long time and i think i got my upgrade

Spend the remaining $$ on an FX-8320 if you wish, but I wouldn't bother, it's not going to be any better than the 4300 in games that utilise 4 or less cores anyway. You'd be better putting the $140 towards a nice SSD, like one of these;

what about my PSU it pretty cheap on a coolmax-zx600 with that me enough to run that
