I need help learning how to use ida to reverse an xex and get offsets from it. any help?

You won't just find people that can teach you how to reverse engineer executables, this is something that you'll have to research and teach yourself.

Get the Xbox plugin for IDA and then load it. You can find offsets by Xrefing dvar names a lot of the time.

For functions, you'll wanna learn some PPC and C and how to convert PPC ASM to C.
