I believe if you have played the game on 360 they are free. I may be wrong.

I think if you have purchased a game on the Xbox 360 it will be in the 'Ready to install' tab. If you have the game on disc, you just put the disc into your console and install it.

If you bought them digitally, they are free to download. If you have the disc, put it in. If you have neither, you have to pay for it.
