They could be hiding it because once somebody figures out how to duplicate the cure, they might end up giving it out for free then the government won't make as much money.

I'm not into all this conspiracy stuff but I must say on this topic it really wouldn't surprise me if there was a cure for cancer. These companies can make billions by 'treating' people instead of 'curing' them as they'll keep needing their medication. Same with HIV/AIDS it wouldn't surprise me there was a cure for that but because people need to stay on medication for treatment there is mass amount of money to be made by these pharmaceutical companies

If you look around you, you would see that there are "cures" all over. When I say cures I don't mean a medication that works 100% of the time and it's not like a pill. But medical marijuana helps with some cancers just as many other illnesses as well. Eating healthy is another cure/maintaining a healthy body. Also if cancer is found early enough it can be surgically removed (For those who don't know, cancer is just the same cell that keeps reproducing thousands of times in one area [creating a tumor]) Does marijuana always work? No, absolutely not but it does help with pain and it relaxes you. The cure is quite obvious! Now I know I'm probably going to get tons of shit from this comment but it's the truth.
