Is the air coming from your cooler hot? If, so you have a problem. If you can't feell anything, it's a dead sensor somewhere.

Ok yeah it seems fine, also (don't want to make another post so soon) can dust on your GPU make every game stutter super bad even on lowest settings? I have a gtx 970 and was wondering if it's failing or not.

I doubt it would cause stuttering, unless the dust is so bad it's causing the fans to fail.

You'd have to live in a sand storm for that to happen though.

Ok, so my gpu is probably dying? i just tested black ops 2 max settings and the hottest it got was 60c, but the stutter is so bad it's unplayable

I wouldn't say that its dying. It sounds more like a CPU issue more than anything since the 970 should breeze through that game.

Whats your full specs and what loads do you get on your CPU whilst gaming?

Do you mean frame drops? As frame drops can be fixed by playing around with the in-game settings and turning certain settings off like AA.

Also what driver version are you running?

Even though yes the 970 should literally have 0 problems with it, if it's on the brink of dying wouldn't it be stuttering anyway? And it's not just that game it's literally everything including clicker games like clicker heroes and crusaders of the lost idols(on steam)

Stutter as in constant, every few seconds frame drops that make it unplayable. And it happens on lowest settings lowest resolution with everything turned off and max settings everything on 1080p. Literally the same fps no matter what settings I change, on every game

Also im running the 358.91 that came out for fallout 4
