You know when in lobby and you hover over someone and there man is there with the gun? I've seen people with a camo in there weapon, how do i do it?

Go to the place where you select your specialist and then press y to personalize and there will be options to put camo/variants on your specialist as well as there should be a section called showcase weapon and it will allow you to choose variants of guns you have made to use for your preview.

On mine it only gives me an option to pick a gun, doesn't give me a option to out a camo on it?

you have to create a paint job for that gun. then when you're selecting the gun it will show the paint job you created.

You have to create a paint job and variant for the gun.
