If you are portraying this as a web mock-up, it is not in the best format and layout and there are a few notable things wrong with it that you could brush up on.

1. The elements are way too big for the resolution, everything.
2. The logos edges are not smooth
3. The gradient of the login button is too great and need to be less noticeable.
4. The login text and the sign up text are not the same size and makes it look very out of place.
5. The left and right edges of the navigation bar do not line up equally with the content area below it.

There are a few more things I could pick up on but I think we should just go a few at a time for successful progression rather than throwing it all on you. Web Design is a hard field if that is the type of design you are going for and just takes so practice.

One thing to mention is that you should never really create logos in Photoshop if you wish to scale them up or down without losing quality otherwise you've wasted time on creating a potentially decent logo.

Secondly, I'd highly recommend scrapping the gamer based design of cut rectangles because it doesn't look professional and it's a dying trend.

Other than that, keep practicing because over time you'll develop your skills. It took me years to learn Photoshop and I'm still trying to up my game.

its a great attempt at a monogram based branding for yourself how ever i do feel its rather "heavy" you could be on to a really sweet design if you maybe reworked it not to have that heavy feeling to it but goodjob

Looking around on logo inspiration sites and stumbled on this design similar to yours.

Not saying you've ripped it. But when making monograms, look around just to see if it's already been done, unless you pull something original out of the back.

I like the idea, but I doubt people who don't know your name could read it.

All that is easily visible is the "B".
