Aren't you able to buy a Visa Gift card and buy stuff with it online?

visa gift cards load up to $500 only. ticketmaster permits 1 card per purchase

So you couldn't even trust a family member ? Like I'm sure there is someone you can give cash too and they will purchase it through their card.

If you can't get a temporary code then you're going to have to hold you fingers, toes and bum cheeks crossed and hope it doesn't get taken.

But if you where 100% serious about this, I'm sure you could find someone who's willing to help you out, especially for a proposal gift !!

That is probably the best idea I have ever seen in my life, if you propose to her in front of Justin, I bet he'll even be surprised.
