i seen the new lara croft and also seen fallout 4 now i have 2 questions it just says xbox live does that mean its xbox one or 360 and also do they send the disk or is it redeem a code?

G2A only supplies CD Keys; they display a code that you can redeem on your Xbox or xbox.com/redeem. They don't mail the physical disc. I also checked the Fallout 4 listing, it's for Xbox One but they're currently out of stock:
