If a polar bear walks around the arctic its normal,but if it walks down the streets of Miami it will be global news. People dying in places where violence has plagued the region for decades is hardly news worthy. It's more like just another day. France on the other hand does not have that.

I don't think she 'doesn't care' she just put something up that wasn't limited to others suffering, sadly most people can't be bothered or like I previously said, limited to how many characters they use. I personally agree with her, there have been more horrendous acts of human nature but Paris has had a lot of coverage, that's mainly because they have not had an act of war/terrorism since WW2. They are known to be the peacekeepers, what they did wasn't an act of war it was an act of terrorism (to terrorise states of human beings) in which they have succeeded. #Burninhellisis

I personally think that we need to look closer to home, protect our own.

This is why I don't come on this site much anymore because majority of the members are oblivious to what the actual meaning to some things are.

Loads of places on Friday got bombed. A LOT of people died.

There was also a massive earthquake that killed thousands in Japan and they were ( still could be ) on tsunami warning.

What I find ignorant is that no one cares about anywhere else because Paris got all the attention. No one else cares about anything. No PrayForLebanon, PrayForJapan anything.

It's all " paris paris paris " only because it got covered on the media. It's pathetic and ignorant to me how people only care when it's on the news.
