Hmmm looks suspicious...

The Pangu site looks exactly like this but I usually watch a guy on youtube who usually posts videos of new jailbreaks as soon as they come out. His name is DinoZambas2 and his youtube channel can be found [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] .

As far as I am aware, there is no 9.1 jailbreak yet.

Based off that guys channel, no.
There hasn't been a jailbreak released for 9.1 so far. I think the latest jailbreak is 9.0.2


Just keep an eye out for his videos though, I have been watching his video's for years now because he is very detailed.

No there isn't a 9.1 JB and there probably won't be until iOS 9.2 is out. Pangu probably already has a 9.2 tool made based off the betas and that will probably include a 9.1 JB as well.
