It's a signature, it's a gold member feature. Here's a example (My sig)

Also, pretty sure you're using the wrong dimensions for your work. 200x200 is a avatar, 340x40 for a signature and 468x60 for a profile banner.

Nah I read up online and everyone was saying TTG uses 100x100 and ive made the file better now!! anyway... Here is HD's and the other guys..

Thats where I read it from... On TTG around 2012-14 people where saying 100x00px but oh well.... Next time I will start using 200x200px..
