Guys, in the end this is a gaming website, not a dating site. It does not matter if you are straight, gay, bi, lesbian, transsexual, hermaphrodite, black, white, Asian, Mexican, purple, it just doesn't matter. If you need your profile picture to explain to people that you're straight, you need to work out your insecurities and move on.

I call forth the downvotes ;) I can see your issue and i have to agree to a certain extent. I mean it is abit creepy with no permission to even set it as your profile picture and it tends to be the ones with loads of makeup on too. But paedophilia? Id have to disagree there as long as there the same age..

The only girls I have for my profile pictures are girls from my favorite animes, not just some random girls off tumblr or something haha.

It really isn't paedophilia when most of the people who have their avatars set to random girls are also 16-17 years old (or younger). I would agree that it is creepy if the girl is not a celebrity/internet-famous or a model, but most of the girls who people set their profile pictures to tend to either be celebrities, models or famous on the internet.

You are jumping to conclusions, for all you know, the person with the pic could be a 60 year old man living in his mom's basement just creeping on the low.

I completely agree, if some person has a random 16 or 17 year old girl as their profile picture it is just creepy. I know that people say "she is hot", but it is just weird if it is a person that you don't even know. But if it is someone that you know like your girlfriend or something of that nature then perhaps it is okay.
