So me and my friend are gamesharing and when I download a game he doesnt get the download but when he downloads a game I get it. What could I do to fix this problem so whatever I download he gets. BTW my account is also bugged I have 2 accounts linked to me.

Get him to click home Xbox on your account then you have to click home Xbox on his account that way it'll work both ways, sounds to me like one of you hasn't done their side of the deal

no were both connected to each other because when he did it on my xbox he got the games I had Farcry, Halo etc... I know how to do it but Just the game I download he doesnt get. Would he be able to go on my account to refresh so the games that I downloaded that he didnt get , he would finally be able to get?
