Basically I want to start a YouTube channel for gaming on the Xbox one, I have ordered an elgato hd pvr but I need a new computer, would I need a special computer to use the software? I know this might not be in the right forum but I've been looking and couldn't find one it could fit into.

In other words just get an ok laptop and you'll be fine.

the elgato software works with both Windows and Mac OS. No special computer needed.
