I'm just curious if anyone on here enjoys working out daily. I workout everyday but I don't have a strict diet I live by. I work out to gain muscle but if you workout to lose weight, that's cool too.

I dont work out daily, but I do heavy lifting at work which sucks. Throwing 40 pounds of ice for an hour straight is pretty tough at times.
Do I lift at the actual gym? No, I mainly do cardio to shred. I also dont diet as being a vegan there is no need to do that or calorie count

I lift my trucks if that counts lol.
Past that I don't see a need in going to a gym to lift their heavy weights. A day of work gives me all the working out I need.

I workout like 4 days a week, but I don't count macros or anything. My routine is chest/tris, back/bis, shoulders, and then legs.

I actually just started working out like two weeks ago. I'm trying to get in better shape and tone out a lot, not so much to really get big though.

I started about 6 weeks ago, and hit 100kg bench last week, I am carrying on as it really does feel great when you have just worked out, don`t have a stict diet though. Just very basic, and no sh*t food
