Black Friday deals will be over in a week. There will probably be deals at the weekend, and then there is Cyber Monday. Monday the 30th is probably the last day for sales, so if you're buying in a week and a half, you'll miss the sales. They have already started FYI. We don't now where you're from, or what Euro you're using so we can't really help you. You could be in Germany, Ireland, Netherlands etc etc and depending on your location, there will be different sites that you should use, and the Euro isn't the exact same between different countries.

Do you need a 1080p monitor, or do yo already have one?
Do you need an OS, or can you get that free?
Will you overclock?
Do you need mouse/headset/keyboard?

No. 4GB 380 isn't worth the premium over the 2GB model. Just grab a 380x if you're going to spend a bit more. Dabs don't have any 380x's yet, so just get one from Amazon or Scan, or something. As for the 6600, it's not worth the premium over the i5-6500. I'd personally take the 6500 over the 6400, if you can spend the extra 40e or so, but the 6400 would be fine.
