Thank you all for every reply. I finally ended up getting to sleep for a couple hours. I'm still tired as all hell, but, hopefully, it's the start of me getting back to a normal sleep schedule.

you might have anxiety, go see a doctor ive got it im up for hrs and when i go to bed im still awake for hrs, thats why i smoke weed to help me sleep or i tire myself out even more at work when i get home i have a shower, something to eat, chill on pc or play xbox for abit and i get really tired then go to bed or fall asleep on sofa.

If you lay down in the dark get into a comfy position and stay in that position dont move ignore everything for atleast 20 minutes its a fact that you 100% will fall asleep if you just sit there and do nothing in a nice position, go drink some milk or something soothing.
