One off my mates built the exact same build and it works fine, i cant get pictures of it atm

We can't really help without a budget if none of noodleman's (Xlggy) options worked.

I've already tried the options he gave me, i've test all the other parts it has to be the power supply or CPU I cant see anything else that it can be

If it was the PSU it wouldn't boot up. You must have something connected wrong.

If it was the PSU it wouldn't boot up. You must have something connected wrong.

There isn't a case speaker on this build so i cant even hear the beeps, but i think its the cpu, i have everything plugged in exactly from the tutorial

How is your monitor connected? e.g. HDMI, VGA etc.
Also, is the power supply's VGA cable plugged directly into your graphics card?

My monitor is a VGA But my graphics card is a DVI, i bought an adapter for it (which works i've tested it with other pc)

And what do you mean Power supplys VGA cable? Power supply doesn't have a VGA Cable?

This is just getting confusing now; we really need pictures or we can't really help much further.

Pictures of the I/O of your GPU, the cables going into your GPU, motherboard, coming from your PSU etc.

Firstly, every case comes with a mini speaker if you bought it brand new, comes in the same bag as the stand offs and screws etc. check again

Also, try plugging your vga into your motherboard first, see if you get a signal via motherboards on board graphics and let us know the results.

Also check your 24 pin is connected properly, iv'e seen builds with this issue that sound similar to what you are having, fans spin etc but 24 pin was loose at one end, need to be pretty firm with the 24 pin when connecting it.

Is your power supply fully modular? E.G. The wires are removable and are clearly illustrated to you know what goes where? If you've used a wrong wire, the GPU isn't working properly evidently
