I am trying to reset my PC and remove everything on Windows 10.

It was going well but for some reason I was greeted with a screen that says Choose Your Keyboard Layout.

Both my mouse and keyboard aren't working on this screen and I can't select anything.

Please respond as soon as possible, thanks

Your going to have to do a fresh install from a USB. It's the only way to get around this bug.
