I need app that will allow me to play music whenever I want/where ever I am.
Anyone have some suggestions?

this question is asked so often lol, there is a thread near the bottom of the page that is similar to this. You could just skim through that
BUT since im already typing a response might aswell answer your question. I mainly use soundcloud mainly because I prefer underground rap to popular rap. For bigger names and to listen to music when I have no service ie planes, car rides, dead zones I use spotify. You can use it free, but its only 10 a month and they usually have offers that are honestly too good to pass up like 1 dollar for 3 months.
If you like mixtapes livemixtapes is a good app to get.
BUT since im already typing a response might aswell answer your question. I mainly use soundcloud mainly because I prefer underground rap to popular rap. I use Spotify which gives you a free week trial of premium which gives you the ability to play music with no internet.

For local playback i use VLC.

the best thing to do is just buy your music if you don't have data to stream.
